A State, Regional or National Government conceives, packages and submits a project proposal to the Consortium
A committee of Africa Development Consortium experts in related discipline is formed to study the project and make a report
The Project report is sent to the partnering government entity for adoption
The project is commissioned as Public Private Partnership (PPP) project
Participating members acquire equities as well as the participating government entity
Contract for execution of project is awarded to qualified members of the Consortium
Members earn professional fees whenever their expertise are employed in any stage of the project
Report of all projects, from submission to execution and status report of operational businesses on this platform are captured and monitored on Africa Development Consortium ERP platform and are accessible to all members
