The root problem of Africa is leaders who entertain nonsense. Yoweri Museveni says “I don’t intertain that nonesense anymore”.
With the greatest store of natural resources this earth could afford concentrated in Africa, this continent has no business surviving on handouts from European or other nations. If words are conveyors of intentions, Yoweri Museveni the President of Uganda has seen the invisible to many other African leaders.
President Museveni identified Railways and Power as catalysts for development of Africa. This aligns with the vision of Africa Development Consortium for trans-Africa railways
and Africa-wide power development.
