The Regional Director Responsibilities
The position of Regional Director is that of a Coordinator of the activities of Africa Development Consortium in the region. As the Regional Director, you will
Liaising with and supervise the activities of the Country Directors in the region and ensuring that program schedules, targets and budgets are met.
Contact with regional development partners in the region.
Ensure compliance to Africa Development Consortium policy guidelines.
Ensure that the region does not fall behind the performance index set for all the regions.
Build relationship with African regional development partners
Hold scheduled meetings with the Country Directors in the region to review activities, receive reports from the countries under your oversight and report to the Continental Director.
You will be the Adviser to the Continental Director in matters touching the operations of Africa Development Consortium in the countries under your oversight
