Members have the privilege of packaging and submitting projects in the areas of their professional competence or operation for evaluation and forwarding to a State, Regional or National Government for adoption . Such projects must meet following criteria

• Must address socio-economic development
• Must be based on raw materials available within African geographical zone
• Must be economically viable
• Must address inclusiveness
• Must be consistent with African value system
