REGIONAL DIRECTOR
The position of Regional Director is that of a Coordinator of the activities of Africa Development Consortium in the region. It involve liaising with and supervising the activities of the Country Directors in the region and ensuring that program schedules, targets and budgets are met. As the Regional Director, you will be responsible for contact with regional development partners in the region, compliance to Africa Development Consortium policy guidelines and to see that the region does not fall behind the performance index set for all the regions. You will build relationship with African regional development partners, hold scheduled meetings with the Country Directors in the region to review activities, review reports from the countries under your oversight and report to the Director General. You will be the Adviser to the Director General in matters touching the operations of Africa development Consortium in the countries under your oversight

COUNTRY DIRECTOR
As a Country Director, you are the head and the main contact person for Africa Development Consortium operations and activities in your country. You will be responsible for membership admission, coordination of contacts with Government and other development project partners in your country of oversight, reportage of new project proposals and progress report of on-going projects to the continental body. You will also be responsible for recommending other executive Officers for engagement and approval of contract staff employment and to chair project contractor selection committee meeting
