Abia Waste Industry Power Agriculture Development Program is designed to address socio-economic deficit in Abia State Nigeria and will be extended to other states in the country where understanding is reached with the Government

As part of the development program in the AWIPA project, energy generation in included in the package to provide industrialization backbone and to ensure consistent power supply to the recycling project. The energy generation will be powered by Raptor Electric Turbine, a new green energy infrastructure developed by Michael Chukwuma Thompson of Africa Development Consortium. Agricultural development using bio-fertilizer produced from organic waste to boost food production

Large scale mechanized farming is part of the AWIPA development program. Production of bio-fertilizer from the organic waste is part of the waste recycling project. The output product from the bio-fertilizer production facility will be used in the AWIPA agricultural project to boost food production

The qualifications are entrepreneurship with core innovation, inventiveness, original thinking, outstanding professional experience, demonstrable expertise in relevant fields and passion for integrity in business and social life. Membership is open to African nationals, foreign nationals who are legal residents of any African country, Africans in diaspora and people of African ancestry wherever they may be in the world.
